We know your requirements are highly individual. We carefully consider your budget, the building space you have available, and the type of accommodation you need.

How Much Will a Granny Annexe Cost? A two roomed InsideOut building with a shower room and kitchen area is the sophisticated, environmentally considerate solution to your families accomodation problems. It is not a cheap, quick fix. Our granny annexes are built to housing standards and are not an insulated cabin or outbuilding. Two roomed annexes start at a guide price of £42,250 inc. vat. In addition to the main structure you will need a budget for plumbing, foundations and taking water and main drains the the building. A realistic budget covering these items  is £7,000 to £10,000 + VAT.
