WE ARE HERE TO HELP- Because we have designed
our garden offices in-house, and know every step of
the process from choosing an office through to the
final construction in your garden, we are able to
give you a full and continuous support service.
1. Select the garden office size you require.
If you are not sure about this we are happy to visit
you to help measure your garden and choose the best
location for your building. We can also bring sample
materials and a construction panel to show you the
quality of your building.
2. Choose between a standard model or one with
individually positioned doors and windows.
3. Finalise the details of your building with
us and let us answer all your questions. We will
then supply you with a detailed order.
4. Ask yourself if you need planning permission.
It is quite possible that you won't need planning
permission for your garden office. If you do, we
provide a full planning service. We make the application
on your behalf and liase with your local authority.
Visit our planning
and services support. 5. Think about the foundations and electrical services. The simplest and cheapest way to install your foundations and electrical services is to use local trades people. You may already know a local builder or electrician, but if not we have our own FIND A BUILDER SERVICE. We help you locate reputable trades people in your area and then we liase with your builder and electrician to ensure that the foundations and services are correctly installed. Alternatively our own construction team will be happy to quote. Visit planning and services support.
6. Arranging a mutually convenient construction date. Subject to your foundations being in place and having received your deposit, we can normally construct your garden office 8 to 12 weeks after ordering.
